Starting this New Zealand summer (2018/2019), bread enthusiasts will have an opportunity to develop their artisan baking skills at The Ohakune Bread School under the guidance of Simon Tupman as he hosts you at the heritage cottage he shares with his partner Sue in Ohakune, at the foot of Mt Ruapehu. Whether you are a novice or a keen baker, our hands-on course
will have you baking regularly and impressing your family and friends!
You will learn how to bake a variety of breads (using a variety of flours) including Spanish pan rustico, Italian ciabatta, French baguette, croissant and sourdough. If there's time. you might even get to prepare a pizza dough too!
You will also learn:

✔ the secrets of sourdough
✔ the skills to become self-sufficient
Plus, you will get to take home samples of everything you bake!
