We are your kiwi born hosts Bryan and Miriam Before booking with us please take a moment to read a little about our place that backs onto Tongariro National Park, voted tripadvisors number one hostel in the area.
The fun started in 2005 we took over a ruined ski lodge in the Shire of Erua that was Established in 1962 on top of an old saw mill site backing onto Tongariro National Park.
It is full of unexpected character and we have been enhancing it as we can, sorry but it is not new, fancy or modern but it does have a great social vibe.
Facilities include central heating, 500mb wifi on arrival, spa pool, pool table, lounges with fire place, free parking, kitchen/dining area
We offer an excellent bus service to The Crossing and other walks, free shop runs, bus pickups, free hot drinks and milk.
